I didn't know him, unfortunately. I happened to have read the story in the Herald, and was impressed by his life. I thought it was worth noting, especially given his voyage through the Northwest Passage.

I just posted a photo to my FB page that my sister sent me, of a docked sailboat, with the name Minke at the bow. I am curious about the boat, to learn of it's name. I am wondering if Brock's might be the same as in my photo.
